What is this?

It's a fitness program in-the-making by an ectomorph (someone that has a body type that tends to be skinny).

If you are like me, you've tried everything to gain weight. But you are either feeling too lazy, too full or too stressed to eat healthy most of the times.

That's why I've researched other ways to make eating a less painful experience.

Who is this for?

This guide is specially built for slightly active people who are underweight and/or have issues eating large quantities of food or in general. It can be easily adapted to loose weight as well.

If you simply want to be more confident about your body when you’re at the beach or pool, then this minimalist routine is for you.

If your goal is to be a competitive athlete, this program is probably not for you.

If you want to see results before starting yourself, go to the where you can find stats, images and blood analysis, or go the for a daily report of the weight and the calories ingested.
